Planning Appeal

Planning amendments

We led the planning application process, including liaising closely with the design team to ensure the project could be considered appropriate development in the Green Belt. We also undertook an alternative site search for the applicant.

The application was refused by the planning committee, against officer advice, and so we went on to lead the successful planning appeal. A further set of changes to the scheme were approved by the planning committee in 2019, following a Section 73 (minor material amendment) application.
