Now that equipment prices have fallen, the scheme has become viable again and Third Revolution were instructed to submit a Section 73 (minor material amendment) application to extend the life to 40-years and to add an additional megawatt of capacity. We submitted the application, liaised with planning officers and specialist consultants, and the application was approved via delegated authority.
