The scheme for twenty 1 and 2 bed units, included eight units of affordable housing, and one commercial unit, was considered by Epping’s planning committee following an officer recommendation to grant consent. Councillors agreed that it has been sensitively designed to provide a considerable enhancement to the conservation area.
The scheme will make great use of this previously developed site which is within walking distance of the train station in a highly sustainable location.
