Gill is Operations Lead and Planning Director and is a chartered town planner (MRTPI). She has over 25 years of town planning and property experience with Central London planning consultancies including Iceni Projects, Montagu Evans and Turley and draws on her public sector experience from busy local planning authorities. She has a wide range of experience across residential, commercial, leisure, energy, technological, innovation, heritage, education and cultural sectors. Gill oversees the wider team, the processes and the operational direction for the business. She is actively involved in project work including residential, heritage, co-living / build-to-rent and a wide portfolio of renewable projects including for solar and battery energy storage across several client portfolios.
Gill often works closely with heritage practitioners, planning lawyers and barristers to minimise risk. She has extensive experience of planning appraisals, application collation and negotiation, appeal work, advice on conditions and Section 106 matters, and has secured various consents across key client portfolios. Gill is member of the RTPI Conduct and Discipline Panel.
She is often involved in panel discussions & podcasts on matters ranging from co-living, Health / Wellbeing & planning application related discussions.
TRP Consents secured by Gill include: several solar and battery energy storage projects including Tamworth solar farm, Thurleigh Road battery energy storage in Bedford, Bryngolwg solar farm and she has overseen the wider team in delivering a wide range of consents for battery energy and solar schemes in the Midlands, Bath and South Staffordshire areas. Gill has inputted into our co-living schemes including Bridle Path Watford and is leading live projects across many parts of the UK including London and the wider South East, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire in a range of sectors including residential, commercial and renewables across a range of application types including full planning, Certificates of Lawfulness and is experienced in modifying existing consents and associated planning considerations.
